BE SURE TO TAG YOUR TRAINER IN THE COMMENTS OF THE POST

When they comment on your post that they are "interested" you'll want to reply to their comment with a question- For example:

"Can I message you? or "is it okay if I message you?"

When they reply: "yes"

You reply: "great! or "sent!" or “Sending you a DM”

This ensures there will be two to three replies to each comment, and this will boost your post in the Facebook algorithm so more people see it.

Step 3- Message them for their number and send to your trainer....
